Racines de la Terre Bordeaux Rouge is handcrafted with 100% estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from Château Goudichaud in Graves de Vayres, famous for its gravel soils that are perfectly suited for Merlot and Cabernet. Critics herald 2009 as a sensational vintage for Bordeaux and that certainly applies to this wine with its notes of red plum, berries and cedar box, leading to a long finish with supple and velvet like tannins.
